Bizum, card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the salon's own MONEI account. The money lands in your bank, not in ours. Beyond N days ahead the salon can require prepayment; the server enforces it, not just the screen.

What you get

Pay now or pay at the salon: the client chooses, unless the salon's rule says otherwise
After a no-show, only pay now is offered to that client
Refund with one button; the client gets an email; a monthly CSV goes to your accountant without client names

Citamate never holds the client's money. Payments run through the salon's own payment account at its rates; the panel only knows what was paid, what is pending and what was refunded.

While a client is paying, the slot is held for 30 minutes. If payment never comes, the hold expires and the hour is free again, without anyone cleaning up.
