Salons that start during launch pay €5 + €2 per account for their first three months, then the standard €10 + €4. We will say so in the invoice before it changes.
Card via Paddle, the same payment partner as Capaline. Paddle issues the invoice with your country's VAT. Prices are in euros only.
You get 7 days with a notice in the panel. After that the panel becomes read-only until payment, and nothing is deleted: bookings, clients and history stay.
Any time, from Salon → Subscription. The month that is paid stays active to the end, and you can export clients, bookings and sales as CSV.
Within 14 days of the first charge, in full, no questions. Later charges are not refunded, but cancelling stops the next one. Details in Refunds.
