The agenda is the salon's day as the staff see it: every room or chair is a column, every hour a row. The owner sees the whole salon; a specialist sees only their column and never the prices or the client's phone number.
Changes travel both ways. A client moving a booking from their phone appears in the agenda in a second; a specialist moving it at the desk sends the client an email with the new time. Nobody calls anybody.
