Terms of service

1. The service

Citamate provides a salon panel, an online booking page, a client area, optional website, shop, passes, gift cards, an AI assistant and a mobile app, as described on citamate.com. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature (agenda, bookings, clients) without 60 days' notice.

2. Accounts and price

The subscription is billed monthly per account that signs in to the panel: one main account plus additional accounts. Launch pricing (€5 main, €2 each additional) applies to salons that sign up before 13 January 2027 for their first three months; afterwards the standard price (€10 and €4) applies. Prices include VAT where applicable and are invoiced in euros by Paddle.

3. Trial, payment, suspension

14 days free, no card required. If a payment fails, the panel shows a notice for 7 days, then becomes read-only until payment. Data is never deleted because of a failed payment.

4. Your data

Client data belongs to the salon. The salon is the data controller; Citamate is the processor under a data processing agreement included by reference. Export of clients, bookings and sales is available at any time in CSV.

5. Acceptable use

No health claims that the salon is not licensed to make, no spam to clients, no sharing of accounts. Cita, the assistant, is not a medical service and must not be presented as one.

6. Termination

Cancel any time from Salon → Subscription. The paid period stays active to its end. After 90 days without a subscription, the salon's data is deleted; a final export is offered before that.

7. Law

Spanish law; courts of Valencia, without prejudice to consumer rights where they apply.

Privacy policy

Who

Controller for this website and for salon owner accounts: BZUB Solutions S.L. For the clients of each salon, the controller is the salon; Citamate processes on its behalf.

What we collect from salon owners

Name, email, salon details, login and billing events. Paddle collects payment details; we never see card numbers.

What the service stores for salons

Clients' names, contact details, bookings, preferences and notes the salon records, including health-related notes a client gives for their own treatment. Kept on EU servers with daily verified backups; deleted 90 days after a salon leaves.

Cookies and storage

citamate.com uses only technical storage (language choice, session). No advertising trackers. The AI assistant on a salon's site remembers a visitor only after they accept, for 90 days.

AI processing

Assistant conversations and service translations are processed by Anthropic (United States) under standard contractual clauses. The assistant never receives the salon's client base.

Access, correction, export, erasure: from the panel for salon owners, from the client area for salon clients, or by email to hello@citamate.com. Complaints: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Refund policy

The first charge after the trial is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it, no questions asked. Later monthly charges are not refunded; cancelling stops the next charge and the paid month stays active. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Write to hello@citamate.com with the salon name.
